Dan Meyer

About Me

I grew up in Chatfield, which is a small town outside of Rochester, MN.  I went to Luther College in Decorah, Iowa.  I majored in Physical Education and Health.  After graduating, I student taught in Bloomington at Kennedy High School.  My first full-time teaching position was at Folwell Middle School in Minneapolis.  I have been teaching in Minneapolis Public Schools for 27 years... I have spent the last 17 years teaching health at Edison High School. While not teaching, I enjoy spending time attending sporting events especially Golden Gopher football games.  I also like to travel to my home in Florida during school breaks.
